Nashville based independent record label Leo33 proudly announces the addition of industry veteran Chris Fabiani to its dynamic team as Vice President Promotion and Marketing. With an impressive career spanning over 16 years in the music industry, Chris brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role at Leo33.

Chris started his career in the music industry in 2006 at UMG Distribution, before transitioning into promotion as a coordinator at UMG. In 2012, Chris was promoted to a regional position with EMI, where he spent six years working with artists such as Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, Brandon Lay, Gary Allan, Jon Langston and more. His insightful approach and innate understanding of artists' unique voices set the stage for numerous successful campaigns and chart-topping achievements.
In 2019, Chris started a new role at UMG as Director of Promotion and Artist Engagement. In this capacity, he led the development of innovative marketing opportunities, in partnership with the UMG marketing team, exploring creative ways to connect with diverse audiences.
In 2020, Chris joined Warner as a regional for the WEA team, leveraging his expertise to contribute to the success of artists under the label umbrella. In 2022, he ascended to the national director role for the WMN team, overseeing campaigns for esteemed artists such as Blake Shelton, Cody Johnson, Cole Swindell, Ashley McBryde and Breland.
